Pricing

Each plan includes one person. Every extra cleaner or office manager adds a small monthly fee, so you only pay for the team you have.
Billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel any time from the app. Extra people are added or removed from your bill automatically when you add or archive them.

Before you start
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. Sign up with your email and use every feature for 14 days. Pick a plan any time before the trial ends; you won't be charged until it does.
Who counts as a person on my plan?
Anyone with an active login: office managers and cleaners. Your plan includes one person, and each extra person adds the per-person fee. Archive a cleaner who leaves and they stop counting straight away.
Can my cleaners see my prices and profit?
No. Cleaners only see their own jobs, their own pay, the checklist and the photos. Prices, payments, profit and reports are for office managers only.
Can I move from another booking system?
Yes. Export your jobs as a CSV from your old system and upload it under Jobs > Import jobs. Shine Roster matches the columns for you. Stuck? Email [email protected] and we'll help.
Who sends the customer emails?
Shine Roster sends them from [email protected] with your business name as the sender, and replies go to your own email. You choose which emails go out in Settings.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Plan & billing in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, and your records stay readable after that.
Is my data safe?
Each business's records are walled off from every other business at the database level. Payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details never touch Shine Roster.
